The Fallon Company pioneered a unique summer program aimed at bolstering the pipeline of diverse real estate professionals by exposing Boston-area students to the fundamentals of real estate investing. The Real Estate Youth Entrepreneurship Program, in collaboration with entrepreneurial incubator Street2Ivy, features a robust curriculum of real estate fundamentals and business practices, including how to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, raise capital and submit and negotiate a winning offer. The program aligns with our commitment to push partners and stakeholders to support equal and fair inclusion, direct greater philanthropic support to overlooked and vulnerable communities, and build a more inclusive company and industry. This program, founded by The Fallon Company, is having a transformational impact as it grows and has developed into a model successfully replicated by other organizations in Boston.
