Boston-based real estate development firm The Fallon Company has named Shawn Seaman its chief development officer.
Seaman’s role will focus on large-scale mixed-use projects, including on Nashville’s East Bank, according to a press release. Fallon is the master developer for the 30-acre, multi-billion dollar East Bank redevelopment. Seaman will be based in Nashville, but also contribute to the firm’s projects in Boston, Charlotte and Raleigh.
