In 2016, The Fallon Company launched a public-private partnership with INLIVIAN, the former Charlotte Housing Authority – the first of its kind in Charlotte – to become the master developer for the 16.7-acre Centre South site, close to the city’s central business district. The company’s vision for the project, celebrating Charlotte’s explosive growth with a modern, 21st century mixed-use development, serves as a national model for successful, transit-oriented community.

Centre South features a variety of residential options, including workforce housing, a hotel, retail and restaurants. It also includes an expansive green space that connects and unifies the project while offering space for recreation, events and activities.
