The Fallon Company is proud to support Hearth’s mission to eliminate homelessness among the elderly through housing programs designed to help them find and succeed in their own homes.
Completed in 2012, Hearth at Olmsted Green provides 59 units of supportive housing, which were planned and constructed to support a comprehensive program of medical, mental health, and social support services. Extensive common areas include a library, a ‘Brain Gym,’ therapeutic offices, and a common dining area opening onto a dramatic landscaped terrace.
The Fallon Company is pleased to have been the owner’s representative for Hearth, Inc., a national nonprofit committed to eliminating homelessness amongst the elderly, to facilitate the design and construction of Hearth at Olmsted Green, part of the Olmsted Green project. The project derives its name from the landscape architect of Boston’s Emerald Necklace. A mixed-income community, it includes housing, recreational facilities, services, and economic development opportunities.
