Q&A: Brian Awe, president of The Fallon Company

Now that the East Bank master developer contract has been passed by the Metro Council, The Fallon Company can speak to the future of the project.

Despite being home to only about 25 employees, including two in Nashville, Fallon doesn’t shy away from large-scale, long-term projects. The company is based in Boston and established itself in the Massachusetts city before entering the Charlotte and Raleigh markets and, now, Nashville.

The Post spoke with Fallon President Brian Awe about the company’s foray into the Nashville market, delving into how developing comprehensive urban districts like the one eyed for the East Bank is the company’s focus.
